She has led national programmes, organisational transformations, and workforce intensive services, turning strategy into practical, people-centred outcomes.
With expertise in governance, risk, equity-focused systems, and change management, she bridges board-level strategy and operational delivery. Her leadership spans senior management, board directorships, service delivery, and policy environments, enabling organisations to deliver meaningful, scalable impact.
